Account & security data – login identifiers (e.g. Sign in with Apple), PIN, security settings.

Location data (optional) – approximate location when you enable safety features such as reassurance or safe areas.

Technical data – device type, app version, crash logs and basic analytics to keep the app running smoothly.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your data to:

Run the app and its features (linking carers and loved ones, showing status, sending alerts you configure).

Keep the service secure and reliable (bug fixing, security monitoring, performance).

Communicate with you about support, incidents, and important updates.

We rely mainly on contract, consent (for things like location), and our legitimate interests (for security and improvement), in line with UK data protection law.

Linked carers / buddies inside the app, where this is needed for the features you choose to use.

After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
